Hiya!
My husband, daughter and I are all planning to head on down to Virginia to live, hopefully, in the outskirts of Charlottesville. We, due to financial reasons, will have to rent for a while before we can even consider a purchase of a home. Can anyone tell me where might be a good place to look for an apartment or home for rent *around* Charlottesville? Perhaps there is a newspaper that would be good to check, or a particular site that can give us some good info on this type of thing? We've looked at rent.com, and so far we haven't really found what we want.
More than anything we'd love to be able to rent a house; it's been a LOOOOONG time since I've lived in an apartment, and if I don't have to, I'd rather not. Keeping my options open tho, if anyone knows of some nice apartments please don't hesitate to speak up!

Heh, well.... that's kind of up in the air too. We're hoping to keep it under $1k a month if at all possible; we just don't know at this point since we haven't gotten to the point where we have jobs lined up and know what we'll have to work with.
