Yes, please tell me the pros/cons of Marina Pointe - I know someone that may eventually look there too.

Stonecrest Village Apts near Hamilton Place are quite nice and affordable. My wife and I have lived here since July and have absolutely loved it. It's been very quiet and peaceful here to say the least and the staff is very friendly. They are all electric so no hassle with gas yay!! I'm not sure of current prices but I know they really gave us a good deal to get us in here and even worked with us on our pet fee as we could not afford it all up front when we moved in. I would really recommend these apts to anyone looking for a nice place to live that are reasonably priced!!
