No fancy computers to get it the way, the only issue would be the mounts and how it may attach to the transmission. Give it a try

I'm pretty sure the OP's Burb is EFI, which means it has an ECM. The Silverado also probably has EFI.

OP, a 350 put of a 92 Silverado most likely is a match for your Burb. It will definitely fit your truck and reuse all the accessories.

Well they are both TBI which is basically a form of EFI but, yeah they both have ECM's.

Okay. Here's another question. I have a Flowmaster Super 40 Muffler installed with no converter. Will the truck still sound the same with the new engine?

If you swap all the parts off the engine then you will be fine. I believe the Knock sensor and the coolant temp sensors are different from 90-92.

Everything will bolt up the same.

As for the sound if you put the flowmasters on the burb then it will sound the same.
