It's $2100 with 106K miles. 1 owner. 90 day unlimited mile service warranty/contract. (being sold at a dealer)
I have a brand new jeep but I want something else to drive in addition, something reliable enough to take road trips in, if I decide not to drive my jeep. I'd like to drive for at least 3-4 years.
Biggest issue is the intake manifold gasket leak. Since the car is 13 years old it has probably already been replaced, but ya never know. My 85 year old grandmother still has her 2000 Century, the gaskets were redone maybe 5 years ago. Common problem in any GM 3100 or 3400 powered vehicle.
These cars also tend to have problems with the power windows.
Sounds like a pretty good deal to me. I'd get it inspected though. I'm surprised a dealer isn't trying to get more if it's in as good shape as you say.
Just how do you know it only has that milage? Saying it is one owner and giving you the owners name are 2 very different things . That is allot of car for the buck if it has no issues.
I would get it up on a rack to see what kind of rust is underneath the body. Things like the bumpers and gas tank can be rusted almost through while the exterior looks fine. Regarding the intake manifold gasket, I think I went through three of them on a 97 Bonneville from 1997 to 2011.

The price is right, but that particular car was known for having some weird quirks and problems. The famous intake manifold gasket problem. Some had speedometer cluster problems, others had weird tranny problems.
On the other hand, some of them ran forever - so you just don't know.
100k seems to be the sweet spot for the 4T65E transmissions to start acting up. They don't all break, but a lot of them do. Make sure you get to test drive it long enough so the car is all warmed up and you can drive it while it shifts through all the gears when warm.
Wow, this is the same car I have, just a year or two older than what your looking at. I've had numerous of issues with mine and thinking about a new car, a Buick Encore. I've had my air to quit working on this and had it repaired recently...again. I think the radiator has had issues too in the past, and my whole dash board is out. I have no idea how many miles I have on it for instance. Once, like a year ago it lit up and it was over 90K, so now it is probably over 100K.
