Remove the torque converter/flexplate access cover.
You don't have a flywheel holding tool, you can use a large flat blade screwdriver. Insert it in the teeth of the flexplate and brace it against the transmission housing to keep the flexplate from rotating while you tighten the bolts. You can also use the screw driver against the housing as a lever to rotate the flexplate (hence engine) to gain access to the remaining bolts.
Easy job.
If you find the bolts are already tight, inspect the flexplate for cracks.

you'll want to use a torque wrench. Those TC bolts aren't cinched down as tightly as one might think, and if they aren't done evenly yiu can warp the flex plate and make even more noise.

That's very specific. How do you know it's the bolt tapping.
And if you are able to pin point to that area of noise. I would think you are capable of looking for flywheel plate/cover.

Rattle axis gave you the best tech technique.

Well I though the tap noise was the engine or manifold. But I got underneath and put my ear close underneath the engines oil pan.

Instead the sound was coming right behind the engine/oil pan and its instead coming from the turque convertor
