Bloomingdale is fairly close to O'Hare. Does anyone know whether the plane noise can be heard inside most homes in that town? Thanks

My Roselle friends hear it and they’re off Lake near Bloomingdale Rd. I notice it when I’m out there. And another in Itasca has it worse and it’s annoying. Roselle isn’t quite as bad at all.

I doubt it. Even if there is some its probably not bad. It seems to be too far away to be affected by O Hare.

Bloomingdale is on the final approach path for runway 10R and 10C with the planes flying at approximately 3000 feet over Bloomingdale. Depending on the exact location, expect some noise.

I live in Bloomingdale. Some flights come in to ORD very low and are very loud, but it happens rarely enough that I can't remember exactly the last time I heard one, or what the schedule is.

There was a thread on Nextdoor from some people in Bloomingdale and Roselle complaining about noise from Helicopters coming from Schaumburg Airport. They claimed it was bad and far worse than anything from Ohare.
