What's the skinny on acquiring a couple of these puppies? I have tried calling the 800 number and can never get through.

When we got tickets, my friend who did not work at the time, stayed on the phone for 3 days and finally go through. O has a ton of make up on in person. That's the only way I know how to obtain tiks. Not really a big O fan- but it was interesting!!

I got them for my wife once through the phone (yes, I'm a sucker). However, we have talked to out-of-town people that were able to get tickets through their concierge at the downtown hotel that they were staying at (although that's not necessarily guaranteed).
