Elmer, Amen and amen to your post. But almost everything has been manifested. What we are waiting for is a nuclear or dirty bomb to explode in the big nation - the babylon of our era. Folks assume that the kingdom will not have been established during the tribulation bv that is wrong. A spirited reading of Dan 2, Mat 24, Rev 4, Rev 5 through to Rev 17 shows that God and his Christ would be on earth during these calamities. Think of the kingdom as the mordern Noah's Ark which you get in by baptism.
Like Noah's Ark, it was derided but eventually it provided the only true shelter. The dark days are coming and what we are seeing now as distress would be like childsplay
Call me crazy (j/k), but it seems as if He's holding these things back while His kids learn to start resembling Him.
This is all His work, obviously (faith comes by hearing, etc.) but there is a Master plan to all this chaos I firmly believe - it's always been a remnant, a small part of the whole that He sets apart and shows Himself strong - and while it seems that in the natural the church is lagging and falling apart, that itself is being used to refine a people to be used to show the world who He really is.
Consider the mystery of His method (Heb 2:14): through death He destroys him who had the power of death. So slavery, deceit, bondage and blindness pave the glorious way for liberty and the knowledge of the Lord over all the earth.
That which is flesh is flesh; and that which is spirit is spirit. The kingdom of God in this present age is an inner spiritual kingdom ... which is outwardly evident in the lives of its members.

3) Rapture is a misunderstanding of scripture. You are never ever going to live on the 'cloud" or on "air" with our returned Christ. Come on! The air means the earth! Cloud signifies he is coming with Power!
4) Hmm, John was a disciple of Christ, who knew how Christ was born. Would God be foolish to 'reveal' to him an already past event? No sir/ma. It has to be a future occurrence. The fact that you believe rapture etc clouds your understanding of a scripture. And caught up to the throne does not mean physical flying to heaven.
5) When it is said shout of the archangels, and trumpet, these are things that have happened spiritually.
6) You mourn because what you held as truth was a lie, and what you never expected has become the truth starring you in the face.

Reply # 2 ) Daniel 2 vs 34, 35 ,44 does reveal that God's kingdom is like a stone that becomes a great mountain, and God's kingdom will crush or destroy all kingdoms in opposition to God's kingdom and Jesus being king of God's kingdom of a thousand years.

As far as Christians are concerned, we already have and are in the Kingdom of God, but in this life it is a spiritual kingdom, not physical. Jesus had much to say on the Kingdom of God. Do a search and you will find. Christians are already in the Kingdom.
1Pe 2:9 But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.
Christians are justified before God, blameless and free of any accusation, they have eternal life, their names are written in the Book of Life, and in them all three persons of the Holy Trinity dwell. But it is a kingdom of faith. It is not seen or experienced, but revealed, promised and confirmed to us by the promise of God's Holy Word. But again, it is spiritual.

I’m sorry, though I wish that was true, but the kingdom of God isn’t over earth yet. If it was there would be NO worldly governments. And most definitely NO men ruling over men, This is what Dan. 2:44 meant. This kingdom as it is right now, Jehovah God allowed satan to have . This was why he could offer it up to Jesus, (Matt. 4:8,9 Again, the devil taketh him up into an exceeding high mountain, and sheweth him all the kingdoms of the world, and the glory of them. And saith unto him, All these things will I give thee, if thou wilt fall down and worship me). Jehovah God’s kingdom, with Jesus and the 144,000 ,([SIZE=3] [/SIZE]Rev. 14:1-4), will rule over the earth ,( Rev. 5:10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth).
Those who make it through the great tribulation, will know when Jesus and his 144,000 are in rule. Because there will be NO wickedness on earth ,(Psa. 37:9,10,11 For evildoers shall be cut off: but those that wait upon the LORD, they shall inherit the earth. For yet a little while, and the wicked shall not be: yea, thou shalt diligently consider his place, and it shall not be. But the meek shall inherit the earth; and shall delight themselves in the abundance of peace). And ALL will be serving Jehovah God ,(Exo.6:3), the God of Israel, not just some. Also they will be able to NOT live in fear ,(Micah 4:4 But they shall sit every man under his vine and under his fig tree; and none shall make them afraid: for the mouth of the LORD of hosts hath spoken it. 4:5 For all people will walk every one in the name of his god, and we will walk in the name of the LORD our God for ever and ever).
