Sure Hypocrisy can be noted by people who have a relationship with Lord Jesus , as some times Jesus is not running the church ...... See iniquity can come in, and faith in God will be gone to some leaders, ......Or pride can blind the leaders which will confuse the truth into strange agendas where the commands of Christ are watered down ........Or control where leader believe that they alone has to be in control , which can push the lead of the Holy spirit out of the works , and doctrines of doing thing with out God is normal, which then preaching to others that they do not need God here or there , and people confess ``Who running this church Holy spirit? , I don`t thinks so ``... Which controlling spirit can blaspheme God .....See there are some churches which do not hear the voice of God, and people that say they do are loony, as unbelief are the foundation of some ...............See Jesus said You will know them by their fruits
If your looking for perfection in mankind in a church, give it up! Don't you know that hospitals are for sick people?
The church is for those whose need spiritual food which helps sustain them throughout the week.
For some of us, we don't need a church to sustain us because we are aware on a daily basis, minute by minute, second by second our relationship with God.
Christians, if independent, as in free from all doctrines and traditions, have as their foundation Jesus Christ, that's all that is needed to sustain them because they know where in their faith and actions lie.
If we need to place "Christians" in a mold of prescribed behavior, then there is no freedom such as Christ prescribes.
Are you free in Christ? If yes, then you have no mold to adhere to. You re free to express your love for Christ anyway, shape or form you choose. That's freedom.
True, if Christians would collaborate in unity that would be a wake up call.
But as like in the book of Judges, the people had no leader. Yet they cried out for one to their pearl.
Are Christians crying out for a leader to unite them? Then kiss independence and freedom away and loose the relationship with Christ.

Colossians 2:8---What big shot can mess with it ?
Isaiah 64:6----When did the wisdom of man have a resume to teach successful Christianity lived out ?
1 John 2:27---Anything in the bible the bible teaches Christianity to live out enough !
Romans 10:17---Magic voices in your head is never the Holy Spirit on Christianity to lived out !
John 6:63---When you mess with the bible you get the Holy Spirit to make Christianity lived out !
2 Peter 1:20-21---The Holy Spirit on Christianity is not man opinionated but God opinionated !!
2 Timothy 3:16---Man write the bible but all the bible is God inspired with the mind of God entirely !!
