Let's say there is a young drug dealer who is now serving a mandatory minimum of 15 years in prison for having 3 kilos of cocaine in his possession and the police also confiscated his money ($225,000), his car (a 2012 Chevy Camaro SS) and his jewelry, the buddies who he had previously hung out with now don't want anything to do with him because they feel hurt and betrayed by him becoming a major drug trafficker yet he was nice enough to take them out on nice trips, nice restaurants and even took them shopping.
Would God give this man a huge compensation for him getting his money, vehicle, jewelry confiscated, his buddies turning their backs away from him and him having to suffer many years in prison if he decides to become a Born Again Christian, also how does God feel about this man losing his money, vehicle, jewelry, his friends and his freedom on Earth?
This man will have to suffer the consequences of his sin, here on earth. However, in eternity, he will live in the everlasting presence of God, free from all pain and sorrow.
The man loses the worldly money and possession of the earth can have little interest with God , as the money that the man lost never came from God in the first place , so God through Jesus always has a plan for His children in this world and in the here after .....
There is a part of me that feels this drug dealer is a good man who just wanted an easy life and to have all of the earthly things he dreams and desires of, at least he didn't go out robbing, hurting people to get what he wanted in life.

So your cool with drug dealers and are hoping to use this to find a way to show that Christian are hypocrites?

There are times I feel that most drug dealers just wants to live an easy lifestyle and be surrounded by money and material things, I also think of them as under privileged people who aren't able to do well in college or get great paying jobs and has to sell drugs to keep up with the jones's
I often notice that a lot of people with great career jobs often get more love and respect from their fellow man than the others who aren't lucky in life which I personally don't think is fair.
Also will God bless and reward this other man for his kindness here on Earth and him becoming a Born Again Christian?
He is serving a 20 to 30 year prison sentence for trafficking 5 kilos of cocaine and the police had confiscated his home, his vehicles, his money, his jewelry, his clothes and his expensive stereo equipment, in prison he was reading a Bible and decided he wants to become a Born Again Christian and accepted Jesus Christ into his heart and as his Lord and Savior.
One day in prison he accidentally bumped into a hardcore gang member and the hardcore gang member and his buddies got so mad at him that they've started to jump on him really hard along with stomping on him and punching him really hard and even got stabbed in the chest and the face with a shank knife and in the process of him getting beat up he was also missing several teeth from the beatings
Instead of him fighting back the gang member and his buddies attacking him he just sat there and started crying and even started praying for these guys to find Peace and God, a month later he has seen the gang member who he accidentally bumped into and the only thing he did to the gang member was apologize to him and even treated him with respect and dignity, after he walked away the gang member and his buddies again started beating the crap out of him and one of them even stabbed him in the heart and sadly he got killed in the process of the beatings.

He wouldn't get compensated for material things he lost on the Earth. Your rewards in Heaven are based off the things you did for him and how you treated others. Him having to suffer years in prison doesn't mean much. He brought that on himself. But if he desired those things such as the car and jewelry, he will have them in Heaven regardless because that is the promise God gave to him when he accepted Christ as savior. I have read many books about Heaven and you truly get everything you ever desired. Except for money. There's no money in Heaven because everything in the kingdom is free.

Again, that is his own problem. He brought those situations on himself for getting into the drug dealing business. All of those material things and friends came from drug money. The Bible states it plainly. Greater is he that is in him, then he that is in the world.

What does it mean by "Greater is he that is in him, then he that is in the world"? What is so bad about being in the world?
