I am just asking for some examples. I am not saying every single word is recorded, but I was wondering if you can share some of His teachings which are not in the Bible.
The early Christians had veneration for the bones of Christian martyrs.
The idea of always having communion during worship.
But, more importantly, before the canon of the NT was put together they relied on Oral Tradition and Apostolic Succession, they had no other choice.
Would Jesus be considered a "Fundamentalist" or "Sola Scripture" guy?
Neither. He didn't follow the OT to the letter at times, plus Jesus has said many things that were not put down in scripture so he wouldn't follow it to the letter.

Obviously He agrees with everything He said, written down or not. It would be strange if the very source of the fundamental core teachings would not agree with His own teachings.

Clearly, but then scripture is not very much of what Jesus said Himself, so things like the injunction not to swear at all in contravention of the injunction to swear in the name of the Lord don't constitute that kind of disagreement. There really isn't all that much to "the core teachings of Jesus," and it shouldn't be all that hard to work out how to implement them. Concern for the well-being of everyone does have some applications that are not immediately obvious (1800 years to figure out the application that chattel bondage is wrong seems extreme) but people of good will and the capability to put themselves in other peoples' shoes will always lead the way. Movements of the Spirit in new directions is always exciting.
Ah, so catholic rituals are unwritten teachings of Jesus Christ. How convenient.
The original Christian religion is Catholic. And the first Christians had communion regularly. The bones of Christian martyrs were venerated by the first Christians. Christians did some things that were not stated in the bible because they relied on Oral Tradition and Apostolic Succession.

Yes, just as we have varying accounts of the same event/sermon by Jesus and they agree as to the teaching (Though from different perspective/focus at times) anything else he said would still agree with what was written, not contradict it. Thus we do not need the unwritten sayings, etc.
Those who expand on it elevate themselves or their leaders to an equality with Christ. Hubris personified.

where did you get that idea? communion is what jesus did at the last supper and we follow what he did at our communions. you could say it was unwritten and practiced like that until it was written down in bible form 3 hundred years later when the bible was put together.
