Your argument continuers to be fallacious.

All you are doing is mentioning the errors of men.

Let me give you another example that illustrates the fallacy of your argument.

The US Army massacred 300K filipinos in 1898.
Took away all the land from Mexico.
Enslaved black people.
Etc, etc.

Should we abolished the USA?

The Germans killed Jews. Should we abolish Germany?

You just don't get it.

Please come up with a better argument.

One not so small differance, the pope is suppose to be Gods mouth piece, and they hid the sins of their own priest allowing them to continue to keep molesting children. And another not so small difference, the church is suppose to be the bride of Christ yet obviously has not acted like it.

When in doubt play the Pedophilia card. Do you realize many more Evangelicals are also pedophiles? Most of these pedos run churches with no deep pockets and belong to many of the 40,000 Protestant sects. So they are not big NEWS. OTOH, the biggest and most important CHURCH in the planet is always a target.

You do not understand the fallacy of your argument.

For every bad Pope there were many more good ones. In addition the Church always had members that lived like Christ did such as Saint Francis of Asisis and Mother Theresa.

Lastly, the Church is the most important factor in world history regarding Western Civilization.

You need to come up with something else dude. You are no different than Hombre.

There are pedophiles in every nook and cranny of society - in every church denomination. Do you routinely suggest people not send their kids to Sunday School at their church of choice?

The disgusting way pedophile priests were protected in past generations is not the fault of any Catholic School or congregation. It is simply wrong to blame them for what a handful of Catholic Church administrators choose to do.

Your comment was rude and uncalled for.

You're right... People don't realize that, statistically speaking, priests are some of the safest people to be around in regards to this.

You're child is more likely to be molested by a public school teacher, coach or family member or "friend" of the family.

Yes it is a sexual abuse to teach kids the birds and the bees ten years before they reach puberty I don`t blame you one minute for having a issue ..... Like teaching the kids about sexual diversity years before their time of puberty is a form of rape of the innocent minds , as Kids should be kids without the negative influences of the world........Best to pray and ask Jesus for His plan , and He will bring relief in your troubles

I agree with you on that. Teaching small kids all about sex when they are small, which planned parenthood does, but this program isn't about teaching kids, it teaches adults. It teaches adults how to keep kids safe.

The pedophilia card was put into play by the priests, not me, all I did was say that the RCC is not acting very Christ like and you seem to be defending the RCC for doing it.

And no protestant sects that I am aware of say they are the voice of God and are infallible when speaking from the pulpit.

So you admit there were bad popes, so were these bad popes infalible when speaking from the pulpit also?

Actions speak louder then words and the RCC in many instances has shown itself to be very unchrist like.

You can try to justify its fault all you like and point to other denomination that fail just as the RCC has, but it really makes no differance. You see these other denomination as sinful for what they have done, but when the shoe is on the other foot all of a sudden its ok.

Well if I sound just like Hombre maybe it is because Hombre has a point.

The Church does not teach that the Pope speaks infallibly each time he speaks. In fact it's only been twice that a Pope has ever spoken infallibly and that was on matters of doctrine.

As Bishop Fulton J. Sheen has said, "many people hate what they THINK the Church teaches but only a hand full hate what the Church REALLY teaches."
