2 Witnesses (testimony, Revelation, pray, sin)

I will give to My two Rodim (Jared and Irad), and they shall prophesy days 120 and 60 (respectively), arrayed with sackcloth;

Now when they have finished their testimony, the beast that ascends from the Abyss will attack them, and overpower and kill them.

But after the three and a half days the Spirit of life from God entered them, and they stood on their feet,

The last two witnesses are Our Lord Jesus Christ and John the Baptist. This was one area in the Revelation of looking back to an event, albeit revealing the spiritual implications of their death.

Then just anybody which is anointed of Christ who have gifts of Jesus Spirit could have this miracle gifts of God and would be martyred in these days or the days to come , as Jesus children can curse the weather today with climate change , and be murdered and collected by God ........ I have seen videos online of Christians who have prayed in authority of Jesus and tornados have disappeared when it came to His house and then the tornado started up again on the neighbors house which destroyed houses and the Christians house was not destroyed ......

When John the Baptist died (beheaded) perhaps he was "reborn" as Christ. This is what happens when a person is born again. (The mind is renewed.)

We become a new creature. If that happens, the world will see it as a witness. (Two separate people)

That can only be understood if you see the story as a parable.

What is your point?

Did you forget something?

Why do the witnesses appear on the earth? Will they appear to give away tickets to a weekend in Vegas? Will they walk the earth to advocate voting for a popular candidate for public office? Will they espouse military intervention in a foreign dispute? Will they be patriots or con artists?

They will come to the earth to convict men of sin.

But because men love sin rather than righteousness those witnesses will be publicly murdered.

In this will men prove to each other and to God that they will not listen to appeals to logic, to kindness, to rejection of violence, to acknowledgment of God's way or to the salvation God has provided as an escape from judgment.

The two witnesses will be a prelude to divine judgment upon the whole earth, not just a nation or two.

But perhaps there is a third. Father, son, and holy spirit. Jesus said that when he left he would send the holy spirit.

The spirit is an unseen force that unites all people.
