I mean, suppose I go to a Baptist church, telling them I want to be baptized. Will I be baptized immediately? Or will they require me to attend their church regularly for a while? If yes, how long?

Thanks!
I belong to a large Baptist church. We would ask you about your conversion, to assure understanding, then baptize you at your first convenience. Church membership would be optional.

And if that's not enough, people even baptize their pets. Check YouTube; a number of dogs and even cats being baptized. Yes, people take it to that point.
So is it the human dunker or the water that we're saying is magical? And if baptism is so special, and is visibility of being saved, there'd be no reason for Jesus to die. Or are we saying that both are now needed? That's a rhetorical question. I already know which one really matters, and it ain't the dunking. Jesus gave no commandment to be baptized.

Neither. It's the "assurance of understanding" from chatting it through with some folks, to make sure you've got it right.
...Just for the record, the only word our dogs understand is "walk". I've tried "salvation" a few times and there's been no significant response, certainly not a raised paw.
We do not require any amount of time, just an authentic conversion experience.

However, you may elaborate on what it is (to you) to have the entire baptism that comes from the Spirit itself. What does it mean to you - to be bathed in the Spirit?

Worth repeating
