My name is Scott. I do not belong to any Christian denominational organization because they are divisions in the church; however, I believe and follow Christ. That is I believe in the virgin birth; I believe Jesus lived a sinless life; I believe in the ressurection; I believe Christ ascended to the father; I believe in One God in three persons (Trinity); I believe that one is saved by faith+repentence apart from and previous to water baptism; although I believe water baptism is a commandment. I DO NOT believe one must speak in tongues as evidence that one is saved. I believe faith and repentence can be performed by those who have never been presented with the written laws of the New Covenant (Romans 1;2)
The reason I signed on here was to find individuals who share my beliefs and too display my vids on Youtube. Also I would also like to find those who would like to work together with me in putting together videos on Youtube. Right now I need some that could varify the accuracy of my manuscripts before making videos.I hope to find good friends on here!
Hello! I don't speak in tongues, but I know Gods spirit is within me. Being saved and made alive in Christ by his Holy Spirit is what is essential.
I know what you mean about church, but I think, wherever people get together = you will get differences and its good to learn how to exercise Grace and Love with each other. Its good to be part of a church Family - to encourage each other, build each other up, put each other right when needed...lol...and also to be a light in the community.

I totally understand that we will not always agree on every last detail because God works differantly in the lives of his children. When I speak of differences, I am refering to fundamental differences which accur because many think that for them to know the difference between right and wrong, they must read the bible; therefore, they have an empty reliance on the text. Another words the Holy Spirit is not in it. It is difficult for me to fellowship in such emptiness. I do however agree with what you have said. Thankyou for welcoming me into the forum!
