The devil's twofold attack against humanity... denying the security of the gospel and "the 2nd chance" (messages, woman)

• the devil hates the security the gospel

He will do everything he can to unseat our hope of going straight to heaven when we die. He places messages of doubt\human argument against the Gospel's message.

The devil in effect says:
“You can’t just cruise into heaven on the grace of Christ,”
“You must pave the way with your own efforts.”
"You can't just say the 'sinners prayer' and enter heaven."

Yet that is the way of the righteous, the forgiven, the justified, the perfect, the holy.

Luke 7:50
Jesus said to the woman, "Your faith has saved you; go in peace."

For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—

• The "2nd chance" message

Probably more deciptive while being more appealing. This message can be summed up this way:

“Don’t worry about your salvation now; there will be another chance down the road.”

A very popular message for the unbeliever and it showes it ugly head in Christendom...."purgatory", UR, Preterism and taken incorrectly (please note taken incorrectly!) Millennialism.

Why millennialism? simple. Instead of being prepared of his return, I could simply rely on the time betweeen the 2 days of the Lord to get my "act" together and then be unprepared like the foolish virgins.

If we want security in the Lord, I urge people to listen to what the Spirit is saying.
