Howdy all, I bought a used ram 4 door ,long bed pickup this fall and it rides really nice on asphalt but when I get on these cement roads where they have cut the cement it bounces all over the place. Feels like my brain stem is coming loose! I have asked on other forums about a fix for this and thought I would try here.
I have tried the tire air pressure at different , lower pressures. I have filled three 55 gallon drums with water and put them in the bed. None of that made a difference. A local mechanic is having the same trouble and has found some sort of air bag system that he is going to try and let me know about.

On another forum they mentioned an aftermarket suspension kit that replaces the springs, shocks, leaf springs and tie ends, but that will be my last resort as it will cost about $1500 bucks plus labor.
Anybody here had this problem and fixed it? Thanks

Here are the recommended tire pressures:

What are you running in them?
