I've been to all except Atlanta and I pick Houston. Miami has the most fast paced areas, but the overall city wasn't that fast paced to me.

In order:

1.Houston
2.Miami
3.Dallas
4.New Orleans
5.Charlotte

I've lived in Houston and now Miami. I wouldn't put Houston above Miami. That's just my opinion.

Here is my list:
1. Miami
2. Houston
3. Atlanta
4. Dallas
5. New Orleans
6. Charlotte

I feel honored that my city is on the list, but we're definitely not fast paced.
