Which city is overall better in terms of quality of life, crime, low traffic, schools, job opportunities, etc.?

Lake way has like no crime that I've heard of, beautiful hill country, upscale area, plenty of jobs in the area- and in nearby austin, excellent schools but horrific traffic along 620.
