What cities have the largest Japanese population? My guesses would be Honolulu, Seattle, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and maybe New York.

Southern California is the home of the largest Japanese American community in the United States , boasting, among other things, 42 prefectural associations, a federation of prefectural associations, Japanese Chamber of Commerce of Southern California, Japanese American Cultural and Community Center, Japanese American National Museum , and Keiro Senior Health Care facilities.
(Population)
According to the 2000 census, there are 796,000 people of pure Japanese heritage in the U.S. (288,854 in Southern California) and 1,148,932 Japanese Americans of mixed heritage (394,896), giving California the largest Japanese American population in the country.
