Eliminating NY, what are the best streetscapes in the country. I'm thinking urban canyons, diverse infrastructure, pedestrian traffic, walkable neighborhoods, city pulse, etc.

Agree these would be the best, order can be argued

Also DC is also very good and then some smaller cities (Baltimore, Seattle come to mind)

Also LA to me can be pretty dramatic in this sense and would need to be added to the discussion
