Though my opinion is bias, i vote southeastern pa, which includes philadelphia and surrounding suburbs, thats a tough match for anyone to go up against.
Oil, oil, oil, oil, oil. Harris County in my eyes. The oil business is just too big of a cash cow to overlook how much more I like Philadelphia than Houston.
Harris County. I see Houston as the more important city among it and Philadelphia in all honesty.
You may think houston is more important, but southeastern pa is not just philadelphia. You have chester county, delaware county, montgomery county, bucks county, and im gonna throw in lancaster county too.

Nah, let's not say we did, because then Houston can add Fort Bend County on a whim. Besides, the Philadelphia MSA has been defined as the city/county of Philadelphia, plus Bucks, Chester, Delaware and Montgomery Counties.

I'm pretty sure that Philly and its suburbs have a higher cost of living than anywhere in Texas, and a much higher quality of life than just about anywhere in Texas. Its a more expensive place to live and do business for a reason. Nothing against Houston, its doing better economically than Philly, because you can pretty much build anything anywhere with pretty much no taxation, whereas Philly is kickbacks city, the most heavily unionized major city in America, and it suffers because of its entrenched ways, but Philly is still part of the backbone and Houston is not. Just being honest, the value of the Philadelphia area is significantly higher to this country for a lot of reasons I don't feel like going into, anyone with half a brain knows this yet some will still argue otherwise.
