Why is West Palm Beach on here? There are more than 1 million people in Palm Beach county alone so it shouldn't be on the list.

Palm Beach County Florida is part of the Miami MSA. So, that has to be disqualified too. Even if it were separate from Miami, the county is still over a million people by itself.

I should have elaborated. I've never been to Savannah. I've been to Charleston and St. Augustine, which is why I voted this way.

Voting on it's history probably. It's a city without much going on, dirty beaches, crime, and not alot of money.
