Honolulu for sure, few people ever talk about Honolulu despite its massive skyline for a relatively small metro area.

Honolulu is often demoted in many people's eyes (rightly or wrongly) because most of their skyline is comprised of hotels.

Minneapolis has a great skyline that's pretty overlooked.

Greenville, SC. For a city of only 56k, they sure do have an impressive skyline. I have attached a photo in the thumbnail.
