Miami the Humidity is pretty comparable, but it gets hotter in Houston. Plus in Miami there are daily seabreze showers common to Florida that cool it down. Plus you have beautiful beaches, and pools everywhere.
Not even close. If you can stand heat and humidity, and don't like cold weather, there is no place better than Miami in the continental US. Houston is actually hotter in the summer and just as humid, and as far as winter goes, not even close, Miami 75 and generally sunny, Houston 55-60 and cloudy, rainy. Now, economy, jobs, cost of living, Houston by far.
