The y-o-y numbers look pretty great. Only 4 metros with no change or increased rates though not more than 1%.

I'd rather wait until the Jan 2014 numbers come out where it's unemployment rates aren't decreased by seasonal jobs before I get excited.

The unemployment rate needs to be looked at in a larger context, including the labor participation rate:
