PLEASE READ BEFORE VOTING SO YOU UNDERSTAND HOW TO VOTE

Sitting here watching the Final Four, I had an idea... I thought it'd be fun for the people on City-Data to do a City vs City tournament. So I thought about how to do it and I think I've come up with a pretty good idea.
I downloaded a pic of an empty bracket and filled it in with cities. The way I chose the 64 cities for the tournament was by going to Wikipedia and looking up the largest Metropolitan areas in the US. Not cities, because when I looked up the cities list, surprisingly some cities (that I feel deserve to be in a city vs city tournament) like Cincinnati, Orlando & Buffalo wouldn't make the tournament, but cities like Mesa, Arlington, TX & Aurora, CO would... I just felt that wasn't right. So, I'm going with Metro areas. I feel it serves a little bit better justice.

Now here's the catch for the tournament:

EVERY ROUND WE WILL VOTE ON CITIES BASED ON A NEW CRITERIA... There will not be ONE tournament long criteria. Reason being is, if I give one criteria (for example, Skyline...) there's no point in running a full tournament cause we'll all already know that it's going to end up boiling down to NYC, Chicago or a few others being in the Final Four and championship rounds. NO POINT in even having cities like Fresno in there cause they absolutely stand NO CHANCE AT ALL... One criteria won't work... Also, I need it to change up to keep it not so obvious, but more opinion based...

SO........... What will happen is, I am going to pick the first criteria for everyone to vote on for this first round... When you place your votes, AFTER YOU HAVE LISTED THE CITIES YOU VOTE FOR, ALSO PLACE YOUR VOTE FOR THE CRITERIA FOR THE NEXT ROUND.

Example:

I vote for:

Seattle
Phoenix
New Orleans
etc...

Next Round: TRAFFIC

(if most people vote traffic for the next round, round 2, cities are voted on by traffic).

So there aren't a thousand different criteria's voted on, I'm choosing 5 to choose from. PICK ONE FROM THE LIST OF 5 CRITERIA... Let's try this out and see how it goes..................................

THE LIST OF CRITERIA TO VOTE ON:

-FOOD SCENE (Restaurants, Chefs, Signature dishes, etc... You choose why)
-CHARACTER (Styles, Cultures, Neighborhoods, etc... You choose why it has more character)
-MORE FUN (Nightlife, Activities, etc... You choose why it's fun)
-BEAUTY (Natural Beauty, Architecture, weather, etc... You choose why it's more beautiful)
-LIVING THERE (Cost of living, traffic, crime, jobs, etc... You choose why it's a better place to live)

FOR ROUND ONE, THE CRITERIA TO VOTE ON IS:

VISITING
(Vacation, Convention, Business, etc... You choose why you'd rather visit)

HERE IS THE BRACKET:

QUESTION: How did you determine the pairings in the original bracket? Random? Draw of a hat? Population? Just curious ...
