How is the relationship between Fairfield and Bridgeport, CT? Isn't Bridgeport super rough, while Fairfied is pretty nice?

Detroit and the Grosse Pointes. The east side of Detroit looks like a war zone, literally crossing the street into the Grosse Pointes puts you in one of the wealthiest enclaves in the Midwest.

Ehhh-Sometimes the part of the Bronx that borders Manhattan is nicer.

IE-Kingsbridge/Riverdale in the Bronx versus Washington Heights/Inwood in Manhattan.

Every city has at least a few of these examples, rich people and the have nots. Its getting even worse with the middle class dying, its almost like your super rich now or dirt poor in every city.

Northwest DC is rich.

Northeast and Southeast DC are well, um, not so rich.

Um no not a good example. Northeast is now basically middle class..... Not poor.

Right - don't really understand the point of this. Most major cities of a certain age have this effect - old (rundown) area right next to old ("historic") area.
