8. New Orleans, Louisiana - 27.8%
9. Miami, Florida - 26.2%
10. Philadelphia, Pennsylvania - 26%
Census bureau: Detroit is poorest big city in U.S.

Dang, from appearance New Orlando looks to have more poverty than Cleveland.
