El Paso...it has the best weather and best outdoor recreation of these three. It isn't that far to a lot of what southern New Mexico has to offer.

El Paso for sure. Perhaps the best weather in the USA as well as consistently being rated one of the top five safest cities! Mountains and desert beauty add to the charm. Cost of living is low and people are friendly

If there was a poll between a shoebox and El Paso, the shoebox would win.

With that said, I would probably choose Memphis, just because of the high chances of severe weather in OKC.

I chose El Paso.I was really impressed with El Paso when i went there.I am thinking of living in El Paso anyways.I didnt choose Memphis cuz of crime.I didnt choose Oklahoma City cuz of tornadoes and Oklahoma has a state tax.I like El Paso cuz its close to Arizona and New Mexico and theres no state tax which would make a difference in my future.
