I voted Dallas... SF Bay Area has a reasonably large Hispanic community but it's quite small in the city, especially for a city in California. While Chicago does have a large Hispanic population in the city and metro, it's not as evenly spread out or pervasive as it is in Dallas. I'd say Dallas > Chicago > SF
These three are birds of a feather, but I do think Dallas edges the other two out. It had a larger Hispanic community Thant the Bay Area until Stockton was included in it, it in roughly 5 years time it will pass Chicago.
I say it mostly because Hispanic culture tends to stick more in Dallas. In Chicago, Hispanics are ridiculously segregated in their own neighborhoods and the Hispanic community in the Bay Area is much more spread out.

I would bet that Dallas will edge out both Chicago and the Bay Area in Hispanics by 2025, and it is the smallest CSA of the three.

Ehh? What's the difference between "sticking together" and 'segregating into their own neighborhoods"? Aren't they the same thing?

I didn't say anything about sticking together. I said it sticks out more in Dallas.
