Not necessarily. I just picked cities on the list...some areas might be omitted but that was just human error as I was on my phone and doing something else at the same time.

All the government employment (city, state, federal), relatively high white population, and low foreign immigration probably explain some of it I'd imagine. I've always considered Denver to be a relatively well educated metro. I'm surprised at Atlanta being higher than I expected and SLC lower.

When are we just going to make Raleigh/Durham one metro area? They may as well be at this point. Also I'm surprised Phoenix is that low.
