I love Google Streetview for a lot of reasons, but one is being able to compare how something was a number of years ago versus maybe more recently.

What are some of the most drastic changes in this way - an intersection let's say, that you can show through Streetview? I'll start with a few

The new Klyde Warren park really makes the area look refreshed.

I really liked that they capped the highway. Chicago has been throwing around doing the same thing over the Kennedy expressway in the west part of downtown. I think it would make a world of difference. Good on Dallas for doing that.

I don't see a lot of difference in this one - minus a few of those small buildings at the corner getting replaced with a high rise. Looks better though for sure.

Nice, it is different..though kind of bland, but still better than before.

I guess my thoughts on a corner going from being anchored by a wig shop to a high-rise as drastic, but perhaps not to everyone.

Montreal

Griffintown (south downtown) 2007

https://www.google.ca/maps/@45.49143...!7i3328!8i1664

Griffintown 2017 (look around and move around the area also, many more changes)

https://www.google.ca/maps/@45.49141...7i13312!8i6656

Bell Centre cluster (downtown core) 2007

https://www.google.ca/maps/@45.49667...!7i3328!8i1664

Bell Centre cluster 2017 (again, in image and surroundings, explore cause so much has changed)

https://www.google.ca/maps/@45.49666...7i13312!8i6656

Between those two areas, we're talking about nearly 50-60 (maybe more) highrises since 2011-2017. With dozens more coming our way!

Oh it's definitely a better change to me - just saying the whole area doesn't look totally transformed - just the corner. But I agree, it's better.
