I'm wondering what state would be a better choice if I were to make minimum wage in each (10.00 for AZ, 8.10 for FL and 7.25 in TX). In Arizona you have to pay income tax but not in Florida or in Texas...so I'm wondering what's a better outcome, living in a state where you don't pay income tax but have a lower minimum wage vs. living in a state where you do pay income tax but have a higher minimum wage. I know this is a relatively simplified scenario because I'm only considering two factors, there are more kinds of taxes to consider but...I'm not going to consider that for now, mostly because I wouldn't know where to start.

Cost of living in these cities seems relatively low (according to what I've seen and read). By the way, I'd probably work two jobs so I'm not merely going to rely on any of those salaries as a single source of income...
