The city-vs-city room is for alllllllll the comparisons that were flooding the General U.S. room, among a few other specific types of postings. If you create a topic thread of city-vs-city, then the thread still has rules and needs a real reason for being popped into existence, and needs to address a serious comparison (vs) between places, regions, etc.
So.. WHY are we comparing New York and Kabul? Income levels? Desert vs Concrete living? We can't just compare a smiley face - sorry.
