Um, how can you be shocked it's a comparison if you're the only one making it. Nice people would find you sad, but I'm not nice: I find you funny. In an 'at', not a 'with' fashion.

Chicago somewhat of a comparison to Paris economically, so YES it could be a valid comparison.

But for those with superior and refined tastes like me, there is no comparison.
