That's a lie and you know it!

Atlanta has the tallest building in the South

Fort Worth's skyline suck but at least they have a building over 500 ft. Phoenix doesn't have that (I'm not trying to bash Phoenix)

There's a hell of a lot worse than Phoenix:

Niagara, NY

Spokane, WA

Gary, IN

Etc.

Gary, Indiana is just messed up lol. But the other two are much smaller areas. I wouldn't expect their skylines to be amazing. Spokane is a really nice city. Now, Phoenix's skyline is not that bad because of the natural topography.

Las Vegas, but only because of it's randomness... it's like an American version of Dubai, except with shorter buildings, and no ocean.

Actually I take that back, Chattanooga by far has the most disappointing skyline in the USA. With it's geographic beauty of mountains and rivers, it has such a mediocre skyline.

L.A because it is second largest city in US but it has skyline that is put to shame by smaller Chicago, PHILA, SF, HOU, MIA and bigger NY. L.A is truly US's hazard site where all failure comes from and skyline is one of many L.A mishaps
