Believe me, some of the dirtiest and grimiest urban areas in the country (i.e. near the Civic Center, parts of inner Mission, Tenderloin, Hunter's Point) are in San Francisco, along with some of the cleanest (Marina, Pacific Heights, Nob Hill).
Also, although the San Francisco bay area as a whole is relatively sunny, SF itself can be quite overcast for stretches, particularly in the sunset and richmond districts.

LOL Lil math U. I know you probably never been so don't know any better but Memphis is so far from an old western town it's not even funny. For one thing it's mostly black for another most of your old west towns were in very arid desert like locations nothing like the wet Mississippi valley that Memphis sits in. Old West towns also bring to mind Country Western Music. Memphis is the home of Blues and Elvis.
