SF is controversial as always, which is why G. Newsom gets spotlight.

Bloomburg is well known because... well... he is the mayor of NYC.

.
Actually Bloomberg is a perfect match for New York. He was a billionaire celebrity of Bloomberg Business News long before he became the lowest paid mayor in the world.

Wow, a quote with Dementor I can actually agree with

Bloomberg is a rather good match for New York.

Hey, New Yorkers were always praying for a mayor who is more of a administrator than a politician. First we got Gulianni who guts to go against his own party and then Bloomberg who is not a career politician and does not care much for contributions to his campaign fund

Bloomberg may not be loved by the leftists but he is making sure New York is relevant in the next 50 years. Leftists can't give me any assurance of that.

To stay on topic, I think Bloomberg as mayor of the largest US city, host to UN and Wall Street is the most politically relevant mayor in America.
Gulliani's presidential bid, although failed, proved that the mayor of New York has a name that is recognizable outside of the city and state.

Way prettier than the mayor of Baton Rouge, Kip Holden:
Don't let that fool you. A shallow attractiveness on the outside, about as sleazy as a cheap used car salesman on the inside. I bet Kip is a man of substance and depth compared to that Newsom lightweight and his fake blond wife.

Pittsburgh mayor Luke Ravenstahl has received some attention for being all of 28 years old.

lol. Yep, Kip is a pretty good mayor, I have to say. He is leaps and bounds ahead of the famous mayor from down the road, Ray Nagin (New Orleans). Both mentally and progress-wise!
