The whole Miami Metro-Dade area has experienced growth except for the city of Opa-Locka,it is astounding how much growth improvement there was.

I'd say Austin. It actually looks like a city of its size now.

Chicago should be mentioned. In 2000, it was still a great skyline, but in 2010, it looks noticeably beefier. I must say Chicago has constructed quite a number of really big buildings that really did take a mark on its skyline. I mean four 800+ footers have been constructed there.
