I know nothing about Richmond to compare the cities to but since everyone seems to make fun of it I feel this need to stand up for it as well as Pueblo....

As far as Colorado Springs they are VERY right wing, is Richmond that way?

I believe so...I believe it was voted 2009's Mid-Atlantic City Most Likely to One Day Be A City of the Future.

And either it--or Richmond--may or may not have a large solar plant.
