Neither, Florida is the worst possible place you could move to in your situation.

no doubt. but i am limited in my options to 45 miles from Boca. where in south fl is best or do i try to relocate to sarasota?

i thought this was a thread to compare cities, perhaps i misunderstood and thought that boca raton and sarasota were cities. orlando gets to be a city.

i've been to a lot of cities, i liked san francisco, amsterdam, verona, oslo, but none of these are options for me at this time, quite unfortunately

This is a branch to the General US form. So City VS City usually means two different cities in two different states.
You can try the FL thread.

But I can see the mistake, but i have no clue how to answer.
