Seattle will probably win, but my thing is that you can't see all that beautiful scenery at night. I voted for Los Angeles because the shockingly non-pathetic for its size skyline mixed with the seemingly endless expance of lights can be mind boggling when seen with your own eyes.
I can't see going with any city other than Vegas here. Vegas has the best night time skyline in the whole country, if we're including the hotels and casinos. Its only rivals for night time skyline are Hong Kong and maybe Tokyo.
