Hi,

We are driving to Cleveland later this month and are looking to hire help to unload our u-haul. There are quite a few ads on Craigslist but it is difficult to know how they are. Would appreciate if anyone has any recommendations (or warnings) for us.
Thanks a ton.

When we need furniture moved, we always call the local moving and storage companies. They will send one or two guys out with a four hour minimum. The rates are very reasonable.

It sounds expensive BUT 1) it beats hurting yourself making the move, 2) you would not believe the damage that friends and other inexperienced people can cause. It is also amazing how much the professional movers can get done in a short period.

Thanks for the response. Yes, I am looking for local moving companies but it is difficult to know who they are (and if they are reliable) staying in a different state.
Would appreciate any names/ contact info for reliable movers to help us unload the truck
