Moving to Moyock next month and need to find a great health food store. I'm looking for bulk ingredients (coconut, soy free chocolate chips, organic cocoa, coconut sugar, almond flour, coconut flour) fresh ground nut butters, organic vegetables and grass fed beef & pork and free range chicken & eggs. Your help will save me hours of driving around scoping out new sources. Thanks!

This place in Virginia Beach sounds the most likely: http://www.vagarden.com/
Also try this one with two stores in Hampton Roads: http://www.organicfooddepot.com/

These two in North Carolina may be closer, depending on where you live. Plus the Soho Market has the coconut oil products:

http://sohoorganicmarket.com/

Additionally, the local Food Lion or Walmart will have a limited amount of packaged organic food. You might be able to find a local farmer for free-range eggs, or a local co-op to share cuts of beef and pork. I know there are source of grass-fed meat in Virginia and North Carolina, but not close to Moyock.

Otherwise, I would look for the nearest Seventh Day Adventist Church which has a food store. They will be likely to have the bulk ingredients at good prices.
