Riverbend is a planned mixed-use development for the eastern side of North Second Street between Grace Street and Walnut Street in the city of Wilmington in New Hanover County, North Carolina. Projected uses include 120 residential units and a 30,000-square-foot retailer speculated to be a grocer.

If there is a 30,000-square-foot grocer planned for Riverbend, I wonder if it would be a Publix supermarket. Publix has opened and operates many similar sized stores.
