I read a thread not long ago about a $10 charge being added to the monthly bills, but I couldn't find the thread.

I am about to contact the FCC for what I consider to be a deceptive billing practice by SUDDENLINK. I have twice in the past five months been charged a $10 late payment fee so I decided to watch the billing more closely. I always pay my bill within a few days of receiving the invoice. I received a SUDDENLINK bill late Saturday 12/2 (mail delivery usually comes around 6PM) I mailed the check out early this morning 12/5 withing 2.5 days of receiving the invoice. There is no way it will be received and posted on their end by the due date of 12/9 (especially since 12/9 is a Saturday). They are literally mailing invoices out within ten days of the due date and in my opinion knowing full well the payment will not be received in time by the due date.

Anyone else experiencing this?

my bill went up like $15 or something this month, but I pay mine online so I haven't experienced any late fee problems and I have no clue when I receive my bills in the mail.
