Hope someone can give me some advice here.

I am currently a student at a four year University. Technically I am a senior but I will need another three semesters at minimum to graduate due to bad planning.

Anyway I have changed my major and now, with the new degree plan, I need two more semesters of Spanish. I took two semesters of it at the community college before I transferred and those count towards my core, but now with the major change I have learned that they require two additional semesters of foreign language credits at an intermediate level.

I am just worried because it has been a while since my last Spanish class and those were a real struggle for me. I made B's but it was really hard and there's been such a gap in time! I will have to take the next Spanish course probably in the Fall.

How would you begin to prepare and brush up if you were me?

Once you're in the classes, you'll realize that you remember a lot more than you thought you would. I took Spanish classes my junior year of college, after having not taken any since my junior year of high school. I was amazed at how much I retained.

If you have the time/money, maybe enroll in one of the lower level Spanish classes over the summer to brush up. Or find someone in one of those lower level classes and borrow their book over the summer and study it yourself.
