Here is a website with every job you can think of, their typical pay (may have to search around a little on it for this), and their employment outlook. It describes what the job is, and what qualifications for the job are.
Occupational Outlook Handbook Index: A-Z

There are many types of finance jobs... analysts, bankers, investment bankers, consultants, financial managers...etc. In my opinion finance can be a good option as long as you try to get an internship (or two) somewhere while in school.

Best advice would be to consult with your college's career services office. They should be able to guide you in the different career outlooks or majors available to you. Make sure you pick a major that has high job placement statistics. The career services office at your college should be able to give you this information.

Lots of other engineering jobs that aren't being shipped away and make good money, like: Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering. Really only computer-related engineerings need to worry about outsourcing.

I'm not sure about finance, you may need to do more research and maybe someone on this forum can help you. I know finance was hurt by the 2008 financial crisis though. You may try posting on the work and employment forum on city-data to try and get some finance guys to give you info on it. Good luck!

I'm studying Accounting, and looking for an internship in the summer.
I looked around some of the job listing on Craigslist, and I see that all
of them require at least +2 years of accounting experience or a Bachelor
degree.

What can I do now to strengthen myself so that I can land an internship
or a part time job related to Accounting?

Does your college have career fairs? Your college should have a careers office that can help you find an internship. Some colleges do this better than others, but I bet you'll find the help and information is there if you reach out for it. My son (college senior) has had a summer internship that extended to a part time job that he's been able to do remotely since his sophomore year.
