I am thinking Rosetta Stone, but heard it lacks teaching you grammar involved in languages. Leaning to Rosseta Stone for ease of access.

Fluenz is much better than Rosetta Stone.

Duolingo with supplemental materials has helped me to learn Italian. I purchased an Italian textbook and listen to Italian podcasts. The combination of all three has helped tremendously.

Rosetta Stone is overpriced and awful. A college course may be overpriced (unless you're a college student anyway and you can squeeze it in as one of your electives or geneds), and isn't great, but better. Pimsleur (still kind of expensive) and a workbook of choice is probably the way to go.
